Huachinango a la Veracruzana (Red Snapper from Veracruz, Mexico)  This dish is not your classic Mexican style cuisine, as it hails from a state on the Gulf called Vercruz.  Veracruz still holds true to its Spanish influences and therefore has similar ingredients from across the ocean, including cloves and olives.

The best salsa mixes anywhere! It doesn't get much better than Rachel's salsa's with a side of her chips. I don't even normally like or buy salsa, but when I tried hers, it definitely got my attention. My favorite is her pineapple salsa. Sweet and savory, and mouthwatering!
